I'm booking to come to the Bathhouse or Sanctuary... what will I need to bring? 

As The Bathhouse and Sanctuary are public bathing areas, you will need to bring swimwear. If you have booked into The Sanctuary a robe, towel and locker will be provided. 

If you have booked into the Bathhouse you can bring your own towel, however there is also the option to hire robes, towels and lockers seperately upon arrival or during your visit.

I want to buy a gift for a friend but I am not sure what package would suit them best? 

We offer a range of spa experience packages including our always popular Day Retreat Package which can be purchased as a Gift Voucher. Alternatively, we offer gift vouchers of a monetary value which can be put towards an experience of your choosing. 

How long before my appointment should I arrive? 

To fully relax and enjoy your experience at the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa we recommend you arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to change and complete any pre treatment evaluations that may be required. This information allows your therapist to personalise your experience. 

Do you offer a late check out?

Because we know how important it is to unwind and relax we offer check-out by 11am allowing you to enjoy a leisurely morning before departing. You can also extend your check out period to 1pm upon request. Please note a $75 fee does apply. 

Is your facility wheelchair accessible 

The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is wheelchair friendly with ease of access provided. Private Baths and the main Bathhouse are also wheelchair friendly. Please advise reception when booking, based on your needs. Please note: No villas and accommodation sites are wheelchair accessible due to the terrain of the site.

Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?

A 100% charge will apply for all Bathhouse, Sanctuary and Spa Experience bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. 

A 100% charge will apply for all accommodation bookings cancelled with less that 7 days notice.

Can I bring my children to the Bathhouse? 

Children are welcome in the Bathhouse but must be fully supervised in all areas by a responsible adult.
A minimum age of 16 years is required for entry to The Sanctuary and The Spa.

I really loved the products that were used during my treatment, can I purchase them anywhere?
